My office hours vary, and I am often not immediately available by telephone, but I routinely return calls within 24-48 hours during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Phone messages are answered during office hours often in between sessions and are often kept to a maximum of 5 to minutes in an effort to provide timely responses to all of my clients. Email and Texting. I do not use e-mail or text messages with clients regarding clinical matters. Social Media. I do not accept 'friend' requests from former or current clients, nor do I engage in communication or relationships via social media with clients.
